Bindu Fulfill human needs
Graduation Project | 2019
Food has always been and will continue to be a central part of our lives. Beyond its role in survival it is a way to fulfill our sensory experiences.
Bindu is a project that offers a futuristic eating experience. A future where technology will change the present experience as we know it.
The series is made up of three interactive objects, that react to the user through form transformation and sound.
The relationship between the user and the objects widens the scope of the interactions that we are familiar with and raises questions about the evolution and the way we use everyday objects.
The objects refine a wide array of needs. They represent the basis to the emotional and sensory experience fulfillment that food is to us.
The design process is based upon historical research of the evolutional development of eating utensils and an alternative usage suggestion.
